The Greenbrier is a 526-unit luxury garden-style apartment community developed in two phases in Columbia, South Carolina under the original branding of Paces Court. McCall Capital played a key role in initiating and developing this community with another operating company.
Phase I consists of 358 apartment homes, and was developed in a joint venture with a highly regarded real estate investment firm. Phase II consists of 168 apartment homes, and was developed on a fee basis for an institutional investor in 1999.
